Sangria Tee

SANGRIA TEE is a gorgeous and silky-soft top featuring an elegant lace pattern in the ribbing. We have knitted this piece either by holding two strands together using the lovely Silky Lace from Katia and Angel by Permin, or alternatively, with a single strand of Drops Sky. All these yarn qualities are incredibly soft.

The top is designed with a positive ease of approximately 5–15 cm, depending on the size. It tapers slightly at the bottom by the lace pattern for an elegant fit.

The pattern is available in sizes from XS to XXL. 

Yarn: Silky Lace Katia: 80 % Merino extra fine, 20% silke (50 g = ca 260 m).

Angel by Permin: 75% Super Kid Mohair og 25% silke (25 g = ca. 210 m).

Size XS (S) M (L) XL (XXL)

Silky Lace: 3 (3) 3 (3) 4 (4) balls and Angel: 4 (4) 4 (4) 5 (5) balls.

Recommended needles: 3 and 4 mm circular (40 and 80 cm) and 3 mm double pointed needles.

Alternative yarn: 

Drops Sky, 74% baby alpaca, 18% polyamide, 8% wool, (50g = appr. 190 m).

Body width: approx 47 (48) 50 (52) 56 (58) cm

Length: approx 56 (57) 58 (59) 60 (61) cm, measured center front including the neckband

We recommend Angel, but you may also use Ginger Rosas Crafts  or Drops Kid-Silk.
