Processing Time
We do our best to get your yarn to you as quickly as possible. All orders containing physical items are normally packed and shipped from our store in Alfaz del Pi within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Spain (Peninsula): Flat shipping rate of 7 €. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after the package is shipped.
- International Shipping (Europe and Worldwide): Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination country. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local carriers.
Digital Products (Knitting Patterns)
Digital PDF patterns incur no shipping costs. You will receive an email with a download link immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you have registered a customer profile with us, the files will also be available in your account.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Customers)
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (such as Norway), items are sold without Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT). Please note that local customs duties, import taxes, and national VAT may be collected by the carrier upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from the pickup point within the given timeframe and is consequently returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs of the return shipping before refunding the purchase amount.
